Booking Process

  1. Inquire

Fill out the form above or directly email adriannasuttonphotography@gmail.com to see if your date is available.

2. Communication/Q+A

If your date is available and we are a good fit for each other, then we can move onto our next step!

If you have further questions or want to set up a time for a phone call or zoom call, we absolutely can.

3. Deposit

A flat fee of $300 is required to book your wedding with me! This amount is non-refundable and does get subtracted from your total amount.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • My standard turnaround time is 3 weeks for weddings. Typically I will take off the Monday after your wedding date and reserve that day for editing your gallery ALL day! So more often than not, my brides get their gallery back the week after. (Depending on how busy I am!)

  • So, the only amount you will owe me before your wedding is the deposit of $300. I take the remaining balance on your wedding day in cash or check.

  • Absolutely! Just request to view one when emailing with me and I will send some over

  • Yes! I keep a backup camera body, as well as two lenses in my bag at all times. Additionally, my cameras backup your photos to TWO SD cards instead of one, keeping your photos even safer. As far as insurance, I purchase it for events/venues that require it. I am licensed and registered as a legal business in the state of Tennessee + promise that I take your wedding as seriously as possible. <3

  • This depends on a variety of things like your amount of hourly coverage, to guest count, bridal party amount, etc. However, I never cap images. I return back all of the good photos that I take. I do all of them in color, and then go back and do all of my favorites in black and white. So, most of my wedding galleries are 500+ photos.
